Guest Registration Forms

There are several documents that we require be read and completed upon check-in for your visit to Hidden Shores Village, as well as every year when you are a resort home owner or annual site holder. In order to help speed up your check-in process these forms may be downloaded here.

Please take a few minutes to print them out, read them over and bring these forms in with you upon arrival.

ALL GUESTS:

Key FOBs are required to access most of the ammenities at Hidden Shores Village. If you would like to get a Key FOB there is a $5.00 refundable deposit required as well as the following Key FOB Agreement.

If you are bringing a pet to Hidden Shores Village you must read and sign a Pet Agreement.

We ask that you take the time to read the forms over carefully and provide all the necessary information when are ready to make your reservations.

Additional Forms:
Guests wanting to reserve the Recreation Hall, must fill out and submit the Recreation Hall Reservation Application below.

If you are interested in storing something in our storage area or renting a boat slip you can download either of these agreements below.

Improvements Application:
All improvements or additions must be submitted to management for written approval prior to starting work. Please fill out and submit the Improvements Application below.
