No washer/dryer in homes, and no BBQ is supplied. *Sorry, there are no pets allowed and there is no smoking in the rental units.

Reservation Policies

There is a three night minimum for vacation home rentals. A two night deposit is required at time of reservation, and a security/deposit of $500 (plus tax) is due at time of check-in. On holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day), rates are an additional $50 per night and a three (3) night minumum stay is required. All rates are subject to change.

Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 1pm. No personal checks accepted at check-in.

Rentals are for 6 (six) people only; children under 9 will be considered as 1/2 person. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed in the rental homes.

Cancellation:
Daily/Weekly: Non-holidays require 24 hour notice for 50% refund (less than 24 hours = forfeit deposit). Holiday periods require a 7 day notice for 50% refund. Reservations are considered no-shows at 10am on the second day.

Monthly: 60 days notice for 80% refund. No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
