    • No missing siding
    • Paint should be free from peeling or excessive fading
    • Carpeting must not be torn or tattered

• BLM Site Inspection Requirement for Home Sales

  • BLM (Bureau of Land Management) now requires site inspections for all home and park model sales or transfers. Written authorization must be obtained before any marketing or advertising.

  • This applies to all sales, private or listed with Cascade Sales.

  • Please contact the office for more details or to express interest in receiving authorization. DO NOT contact BLM directly, our office will handle inspection requests.
